Terms and conditions

These terms
These terms apply when you order print from Liquid Print at 43 Great Lister Street, Birmingham B7 4LW through https://liquidprint.co.uk. By paying for an order you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we use personal information.
Price and VAT
Catalogue prices are ex VAT. Where VAT applies, the product page and basket show the VAT and the price including VAT. Leaflets are zero-rated, so no VAT is added. The amount taken by card is the ex-VAT total shown in the basket as the amount to pay. That total is confirmed before you pay.
Placing an order
You need an account to pay. Checkout collects a UK delivery address and takes payment by card through Stripe. The order is placed when Stripe confirms the payment. You can see it in your account after you sign in.
Artwork
You are responsible for the artwork, spelling, and content you supply. We may hold production until a usable file is available. Print follows the file you provide. A visual check before print does not transfer that responsibility to us.
Production and delivery
Dispatch dates on the product page are estimates, counted in working days after we have payment and usable artwork. Delivery is to the UK address collected at checkout, or you can collect from the workshop during the hours on our contact page. Risk in the goods passes when they are delivered to that address or collected.
Cancellation and faults
Contact us on 0121 359 8807 or info@liquidprint.co.uk if you need to cancel. Once production of goods made to your specification has started, the order cannot be cancelled and the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation does not apply. If the goods are faulty or not as described, contact us and we will reprint or refund as the law requires.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for lost profit or for errors in artwork you supplied. Any other liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow that limit.
