Who we are
Liquid Print is the business responsible for personal information collected on this shop. You can reach us at 43 Great Lister Street, Birmingham B7 4LW, by phone on 0121 359 8807, or by email at info@liquidprint.co.uk.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, company name, and a password that we store only in hashed form.
- Order details: products, quantities, options, prices, and the notes you leave with an order.
- A UK delivery address, collected on the Stripe payment page.
- Artwork files you upload so we can print the job.
- Messages you send through the contact form.
- A basket saved in this browser if you have not signed in.
- If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records pages you view, a rough location, and device information. See the cookie page.
Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s payment page. We do not store the full card number on this shop.
Why we use it
- To create your account, take payment, produce the order, and deliver it.
- To show you order history and let you upload artwork or reorder.
- To reply to quotes and support messages.
- To keep records we need for accounts and tax.
- To understand how the shop is used, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
Stripe processes the card payment and collects the delivery address. We use a hosting provider to run the shop. If you accept analytics cookies, Google receives the analytics data described on the cookie page. We share delivery details with a courier when an order is shipped. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order records for as long as the account is open and for as long as we need them for production, accounts, and tax. Contact messages are kept long enough to deal with the enquiry. Analytics cookies last up to six months after you accept them.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are allowed to. You can reject analytics cookies, or change that choice on the cookie page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
